How Do You Define Versatility?

Heaven Hi!!!

Beautiful, breathtaking, talented, Academy Award Winner, and now a notable charity front

runner. Mira Sorvino has it all and now she’s giving it all.
Maya Ajmera describes herself and actress Mira Sorvino as “kindred spirits.”
“Mira is one of the most inspiring actresses in the world. And she takes on really hard causes,” says Ajmera, founder and president of The Global Fund for Children (GFC).
“Her work on Darfur, her work on trafficking, and now, her work with children globally, makes us great kindred spirits. “I think we both deeply, deeply care about the invisible,” Ajmera said. “Whether they’re invisible women, or whether they’re invisible children, or whether they’re invisible communities. We both care about these issues deeply.”

Sorvino, who is affiliated with Amnesty International and has been active in calling for U.N. action in Sudan’s Darfur region, met Ajmera through Larry Kopp, who assists nonprofits and advocacy groups. She has utilized her celebrity status and humanities to be a vital component in the world of charity. Sorvino is the embodiment of how one can be the star of all the roles one plays in life. Her focused 50% on humanities has led her to be an extremely important asset to people in need. 25% of her character is strongly supported by her sexuality, as she is know to be one of the most beautiful actresses of our time. Thirdly 25% of her character is humor as she has been known to have had the skill to tap into her funny zone by her extreme wit and versatility.

We all can make a difference in our world. We just need to know how we are able. In my book, Acting For Real, the answers are all there. You can learn how to tape into your funny zone. You can learn about the six components that make up human behavior. YOU can learn to be a star. So pick up my book, Acting For Real, and start making a difference in your life, NOW!!!

Piano Crashing Comeback!!!

Heaven Hi!!!

Reinvention is wonderful when it is done in a positive way. With all these young entertainers in the need for help these days we look at one promising familiar artist who has made a comeback at the ripe age of only 27 years old.

At this point, viewers may feel a little deja vu: So far, the new video is a step-by-step copy of the one for her breakout 2002 single “A Thousand Miles.” Only this time, things go screwy. Carlton cracks a sneaky smile before skipping away, leaving the piano in the street. Seconds later, it gets creamed by a yellow taxi.

The destruction of the instrument is Carlton’s attempt to make a fresh start — plowing through a five-year-old image that got bigger than the artist herself.
“That image kind of trumped everything else. It became almost iconic — the girl and the piano,” says Carlton during an interview at an outdoor cafe near her apartment in the Nolita neighborhood of Manhattan. “They don’t know who I am, they don’t know the song, they don’t know any of it. But they know the traveling piano video.”

In order to open up a new future, you have to close the door to the past, and have to be present. In other words to be in a state of BOP. Carlton realized this at a very young age and decided to depict it with a type of ironic imagery. Her creativity is a great way to look at the six components of human behavior. Vanessa Carlton focuses on 50% of her humanities by feeling the need to productively move on with her live of music. 25% is her sexuality as it is a vital part of her appearance in perfomances on tour. The other 25% of her character is focused on humor by her subtle way she conveys her messages and opinions about moving forward in a balanced and healthy way. Since she is an entertainer it is vital for Vanessa Carlton to utilize these vital character components. Even if she has to demolish a piano or two.

Take a look at my book, Acting For Real, and see how you too can erraticate pianos, Wait, I was just joking. See how you can utilize the six components that make up human behavior in your own life. How to live a balanced, observent, and present life. As we say in Hollywood, action is lifes only command, so start now and learn how you can lead the life of a star.

The Dance that made You "Faint!"

Heaven Hi!!!

If you didn’t watch Dancing with the Stars last night you missed an eye shocking event, only it had nothing to do with the dance. After Marie Osmond’s performance she was breathing very heavily while the judges gave their feedback. In the middle of the critique she started to laugh then suddenly her eyes closed and she dropped to the ground like a stone. Audiences were shocked to see the world famous performer fall to the floor where she left every body speechless.

It was reported that the first words out of her mouth when she finally came to was, “oh crap.” She was more embarrassed then anything else. She later went on to explain regarding her condition that “once in a while that happens to me when I get winded. I stop breathing.”

The hit ABC series pairs celebrities with professional dancers and is drawing more than 35 million viewers for its dance-off and results shows. The show puts its stars through rigorous dance routines that test many of them and proved too much for at least one.

If you don’t even know who Marie Osmond is, welcome back from the moon. Marie Osmond was part of the famous singing group “The Osmonds.” However, Marie’s talent is not just limited to singing and dancing, she also now creates and sells dolls. Quite divers.

Now if we look at the six components that make up human behavior we can look at Marie and see how she utilizes her creativity. Marie is obviously quite talented, but what does it take to reveal that talent. It takes being in BOP. In order for someone like Marie Osmond to perform you can see that she is 50% humanities for her passion with performing along with her love for people. She then focuses 25% of her creative behavior on her humor by entertaining the crowds, and being know for her inegmatic smile and her laugh. She know how to find the positive in life by tapping into her funny zone. The other 25% is her sexuality, and how she reveals that by moving her body, and making a 25 degree shift to draw in the crowds.

You can see in my book Acting For Real how you yourself can use these same principle that the stars do to develop characters for the stage, screen, and even dancefloor. So pick up my book and take a look. It’s all there, and it’s about time you take part in the action.

They say in life that action is lifes’ only command. So why not start here? Ready, set, ACTION???!!! But just make sure you don’t faint.

What Are Your Most Valued Possessions?

Heaven Hi!!!

First, and foremost, my family and I feel the need to send out our gratitude and thanks for the phone calls, and love from all of you. So far the fire as not claimed our home, but it is still moving close. An interesting concept came up as Nancy and I were thinking of what to take should we have to evacuate our home. What would we need? What do we value most? What materials could we not go on with? I caused to really evaluate what was really important in our lives.

Finally the answer became very lucid. Our family and our memories. We found ourselves collecting photos from all over the house of our sons. Photos from when they were babies, all the way to the young men they have become now. There is a piece of our heart in every photo we come across in those pictures. Also, the photos of my beautiful wife Nancy who is my very life. Her protection and our memories of our lives together are more important than anything our home possesses.

Which is the very reason we feel the need to constantly send loving and courageous thoughts to those people and families who have lost their home or are threatened by this natural occurrence. Also, to ask yourself; what’s important to you? If you had time to take anything besides the shirt on your back out the front door, what would it be? What is it in your life that you love the most? It sure is a good time to ask, because for some people it’s only after they lost it that they realize its importance.

We continue to be safe at the moment, but thank you again for all you consideration, we will let you know as the days go on. Just remember that “fire is like a chicken with its head cut off; it don’t know where it’s goin’; it just goes.”

Are You Talkin' To Me (about the Sopranos)?

Heaven Hi!!!

Anybody a Soprano fan? Well then you’ll love to know that there is more fun on the way. After the finale of the long running hit HBO show, the creator David Chase breaks his silence on the blackout scene in the restaurant with his family. No Tony didn’t get wacked while munching on onion rings, and mostly Chase wonders why so many viewers got so worked up over the series’ non-finish.

Chase insists that what you saw (and didn’t see) is what you get. “There are no esoteric clues in there. No ‘Da Vinci Code,’ “he declares. He says it’s “just great” if fans tried to find a deeper meaning, but “most of them, most of us, should have done this kind of thing in high school English class and didn’t.” He defends the bleak, seemingly inconclusive ending as appropriate — and even a little hopeful.

The infamous mob boss Tony Soprano was indeed in line for a mob promotion, and the predestined “mob promotion” usually means you get wacked. However, it was not the case here. Tony Soprano embodied all the qualities of the dark triangle of human behavior. Since he was in fact the mob boss his role was 50% power. He ruled with an iron fist utilizing 25% fear/paranoia of his character to inflict fear while at the same time trusting nobody. The other 25% was danger. Those mob clichet are there for a reason; “you never go against the family,” “I’ll make him an off he can’t refuse,” and “keep your friends close, your enemies closer.” James Gandolfini utilized these components of human behavior to make his character intimidating and a rule of authority.

My book, Acting For Real talks about the Creative Triangle of Human Behavior, and it tells you how you can focus 50% of your character on a single component while relying on the other two 25%s of your character that compliment your character as a whole. Check it out and see how my book breaks down a character utilizing these components, and maybe we’ll be looking forward to your future HBO hit, “Capiche?” Until then……

Do You Feel The Need To Achieve?

Heaven Hi!!!

Who feels the need to be an artist? Alright then, let’s all grab a sledgehammer, and go to work.
That is the question that rocked 35 peoples world at a fundraiser in Atlanta, Georgia. Apparently, one contestant brought forth a steel box, and started to let em have it. His goal: To make a chair. At the Contemporary Art Center crowds were baffled and amazed by the efforts of the young man who took his hand at attempting to create an art masterpiece. Crowds applauded once his steel chair was complete.

“No one knew what the chair was going to look like or what kind of impact their hit was going to have on it. It was a total new and fresh art creation. It was exciting,” said Eric Mack, who wielded a sledgehammer during the fundraiser.
The young mans talent was noted and recognized with an award. As Actors For Real, we strive to tap into that vat of creativity and realize our talent. To be in a state of BOP. The young man at the art show is a great example of someone who is in a Balanced Observant and Present state. He is focused on the steel. He is aware and observant of the people around him and his goal. He realizes that his attempt to make a box into a chair is going to have to allow him to be present. He needs to be balanced as he wields his sledgehammer into the box. In doing so the man became the star of the show and wooed the crowds with his amazing dedication.

By applying these principles to your own lives you too can achieve success. Find out how to tap into your vat of creativity, to break out of your comfort zones, and achieve success. Be the Star in your own life. Pick up my book, Acting For Real, and find out how you can “slam” your way into a life to success. How Do You Reveal Your Talent?

Heaven Hi!!!

We all know Hollywood can be a hard town to break into, but the real fact is that does not need to be true. In a recent interview, Marc Hirschfeld talked about how he handles casting for NBC studio shows. He has been most recently known for casting Hayden Pannatierre for her cheerleading role in Heroes, as well as Michelle Ryan for Bionic women. Hirschfeld talked about how to get your name out there and to simply let people know that you exist, or in Acting For Real terms “Busting out of your comfort zones, and being in BOP (Balanced Observant and Present). He says networks are always looking for people to fit the particular role they are looking for.

People need to be aware of their own talent, take ownership of themselves, and most of all trust it. The same principles apply for everyone in every day life. Most people are so hindered with negative feedback, self talk, just doing the day to day thing, because they don’t believe that anybody would ever use their talents. They feel that the safe way or “zone zombie” way is the best way to go about life, but at the same time feel the need to better their lives. In my book, Acting For Real, I talk about who on of the first steps to leading a more successful life is to break out of your comfort zones. In order to even know if you have talent you need to start living your life differently than the safe life where your talents were never utilized. Take ownership of your life. Let people know who you are and what your talents may be. Tap into your funny zone. Tell a joke. Flirt constantly because life’s a dance, and you need to be on cue. Learn how to be the star in all the characters you play in life.

Take the casting call on our website and find out the different characters you are in life and start making a change. You will value life more, breath sweeter air, and lead a life of success that will encompass every aspect of living. Most of all know let people know you exist. Let people know that you are the star and it is time you realize it.
